Account Manager - Demand Generation
Job Description
The Account Manager – Demand Generation manages client relationships with a focus on delivering high-performing, multi-channel campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of demand generation strategies, and the ability to oversee the execution of integrated marketing initiatives. The Account Manager ensures client goals are met while fostering collaboration across internal teams.

- Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into demand generation strategies.
- Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver high-quality content, creative assets, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Provide input on the development of demand generation strategies tailored to client needs.
- Leverage knowledge of digital channels (e.g., email, paid search, social media, content marketing) to guide campaign direction.
- Identify trends and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, sharing results and insights with clients.
- Generate reports that highlight successes, challenges, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Use analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of account management experience, preferably with exposure to demand generation campaigns.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
